This sample pack gives you physical patches from our actual production — not renderings, not photos. Hold them, examine the stitching, test the backings, and compare finishes side by side before deciding on a style or quantity for your order.
What’s included:
- A curated selection of embroidered, woven, and/or PVC patches from previous production runs
- Examples of different sizes, thread coverage, border styles (merrow and laser-cut), and backing types (sew-on, iron-on, hook & loop, adhesive)
- Finished production pieces — not prototypes
Important to know:
This is a general quality sample, not a custom patch made to your artwork. If you need a patch produced to your exact specs before committing to full production, that’s a Pre-Production Sample — request a quote and we’ll walk you through that process.
What happens next:
Once you’ve reviewed the samples and you’re ready to move forward, submit your artwork and specs to request a quote. We’ll provide an Artwork Layout for Approval and pricing within 24 hours.
