Patch Design Options
ANY PATCH SIZE
Your patch can be as little as 0.5″ or as big as 17″. The best size will depend on the placement and use your will give them.
ANY SHAPE
We can use the usual star shaped patch or the shield shape.
Your badges can have merrow border or laser cut.
ANY COLOR
We’ll match your colors to the PMS Color chart. Up to 12 thread colors available for Woven and Embroidered. And if you choose rubber, you can split your order in two different color scheme using the same mold or cast at no additional cost.
ANY BACKING
So you can sew them on, or with Hook and Loop© hook or maybe Self-adhesive(3m©) for those temporary applications. Only embroidered and woven badges can have iron-on backing.
2D & 3D DESIGNS
With Soft Rubber PVC you can have 2D or 3D layers creating shapes in high relief. This is specially useful when you want to make some elements stand out from the others.

From Your Design Idea to Final Product
▷ Making a Soft Rubber Police Patch
In this case we received a metallic badge as a reference of the design the customer wanted. This police department whished to move forward into a soft rubber PVC Police Patch. After they approved the sample design we proceeded to the production process. In order to keep the identity of the client we have erased the seal and name of the state in the middle.
▷ Making a Woven Fire Dep. Badge
In this other example, very similar to the previous one, the customer sent us a photo of an old metal police badge they had along with instructions explaining the type of woven badge they wanted. Next, we made the vectorized design needed, and after the clients approval we proceeded to produce their woven fire department badge. Again, we have hidden the name and seal of the state in the center of the fire fighter patch for privacy reasons.
