How Does Our Order Process Work?
Request a Quote
In order to obtain your FREE, No Obligation Quote you may:
Once we receive your quote request information, the process starts:
STEP 1 – WE QUOTE YOUR ORDER
First we determine which product(s) fit(s) your requirements. Once we know what item you need, we will provide you with a firm quote. Once you are ready to order, proceed to Step 2.
STEP 2: WE OBTAIN ALL NECESSARY ORDER INFORMATION
Once you approve the order we will obtain your shipping and payment information. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We also will accept a check, which is held for 7 days prior to putting the order in process. Once this information is entered into our system you will receive a Sales Order indicating all details about your order.
We do not recommend submitting your credit card information via email, you can call us or fax this Credit Card Payment Form to us.
STEP 3: ARTWORK DESIGN AND APPROVAL
Once the order is placed we will review or create your artwork to ensure that it will look perfect on your particular product. You will review and approve the final artwork. Once you approve the artwork, we will proceed to the next step.
STEP 4: DIGITAL (PHOTO) SAMPLE APPROVAL
We will create an actual sample of your product for final approval, which will be sent you via email. Once you give us your approval your credit card will be charged for the full amount of the order, and production will start.
Once an order is put into production and is cancelled you will be liable for the cost of the entire order since it is totally customized to your specifications and can’t be used by anyone else.– If you are ordering a large quantity and require an actual sample of your product we recommend that you have us create a pre-production sample, that will be sent to you via FedEx. The cost of this sample is $75-
STEP 5: WE DELIVER YOUR ORDER
Once production is complete (in approximately 10-15 working days), your order will be shipped to you via FedEx Ground or Express based on your specified shipping method.
