I didn’t get the confirmation email. What now?

Check spam and Promotions, then add [email protected] to your safe list. Still nothing after a few minutes? Send a quick note with your company name and we’ll resend the receipt with your project number. We keep your order tied to that number so nothing gets lost.

How fast will I hear back?

We reply within one business day. If you submitted late Friday, look for our note Monday. Tell us if you have a hard date; we’ll confirm realistic options up front.

Can you help with art?

Yes. Send what you have — vector if possible, but we can work from a high-res PNG or even a photo in a pinch. We’ll clean edges, set stitch rules or mold lines, and note any tiny text risks before production.

What about rush orders?

If the calendar allows, we’ll map a rush path and tell you the exact cutoffs for proof approval and payment. We won’t promise a date we can’t hit.

How do reorders work?

Reply with your old Project # or company name and product type. We’ll pull the previous spec, confirm quantities, and repeat. Easy.
