For those who are not willing to compromise their design’s colors and details, custom offset or screen printed patches are the best option, with vibrant colors and no pesky jump-stitches, you can print your photographs, designs with gradients and tiny details.
The only threads used in screen printed patches are the ones used in merrow borders.
The printing is done in a colored twill of your choice, and you can print only a few details or the entire design, the rest of the patch design can be embroidered or woven. You can add a Velcro, Iron on Patches, Self-Adhesive backing or none at all.
Dye sublimation is the best method for creating amazing photo patches.

Yes We do!
We can add iron-on, adhesive and hook and loop backing.
You sample will be ready approx. 1 week after Art Approval.
Once you approve the Sample, it will take about 3 weeks for us to manufacture your patches.
No, in order to protect our customers and ourselves, and because re-doing your order would take about 3 extra weeks, we don’t ship to PO Boxes and we require indirect signature. (We Ship Fedex)
