Cancellations or Changes

Any cancellations or changes after an order is placed will be subject to all cost incurred and will be assessed accordingly.

Returned Merchandise

Authorization for return of merchandise must be obtained from Linx Corporation, prior to return. Authorization must be requested within 10 days from invoice date. (See refunds)


Linx Corporation Guarantees our products from manufacturing defects. If a product is defective we may elect to replace the product or refund money paid if we are unable to manufacture as promised. Because we go through the process of using customer approved artwork and digital samples during the process we are able to meet the needs of our customers in all cases. Product made and approved to specification will not be eligible for refund.

Trademarks, Copyrights, Registration Marks

Linx Corporation bears no responsibility for infringements of copyrighted logos. All copyrighted logos require written permission from holder of copyright prior to production. Logos, names, and trademarks pictured in the printed or online catalog are examples of work done by the factory. They are not for sale. We assume our clients are authorized to use logos and trademarks submitted for reproduction. We assume no liability in trademark or copyright disputes.


Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery upon receipt of order. Special ship date requests may be fulfilled if requested. Orders are shipped F.O.B. San Marcos, California. Orders are shipped via FedEx; all shipping and handling charges will be assessed accordingly. We pass along our discounted shipping rates to our customers. Multiple destination shipments are subject to a $10.00 charge per destination after the third location.

Pre-production Samples

Preproduction samples are available with a deposit and 2 to 3 week delivery.

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.


Invoices are sent at time of shipping.


All orders will be acknowledged in writing less freight charges.


There are a finite number of cloisonné pigments available. We will do our best to most closely match your color specifications. Color matching is available at no additional charge in the Classic Hard Enamel, Soft Enamel and Printed Pins pin types. Neon colors are available in the Soft Enamel process (additional charge of $0.20 per neon color is assessed).


There are no die or tooling charges for exact repeat reorders. Please reference the personalized item number assigned (found on acknowledgements and invoices) when placing reorders. Production time is one week less than stated on our web site or catalog for each specific process.

Rush Orders

Special ship date requests may be fulfilled if requested and agreed upon by Linx Corporation. A service charge may be necessary. Please call for Quote and availability.
