Placing an Order

To place an order on our website, please use our secure on-line shopping basket. You will receive an email confirmation of your order.
If you would like to place an order by phone, please call us toll free (888) 720-2115.

Payment

Orders can be paid online via PayPal. In order to pay through PayPal you only need a valid email address and a valid credit card or bank account.
If you’d like to pay by check, your order must be placed by phone. After your order is placed, please send your check to:

Please note that all orders by check or money order will be shipped upon receipt of payment.

Sales Tax

Sales tax will only be assessed for orders that are shipped within the state of California (8.25%).

Shipping

Orders are shipped the same day if placed by 1pm PST, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, pending credit card authorization and verification.
We ship via USPS Priority Mail. In most cases, items will be delivered within 2 or 3 working days.
At this time, we do not ship outside the U.S., U.S. territories or Canada.

Returns and Exchanges

If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund minus delivery charges and other charges that may apply.
