Anyone interested in an order of custom made patches wants the highest quality patch and the quickest turn around while paying the lowest amount possible.

In most cases your submitted art file can determine a great deal of the outcome of detail your patch will contain.

Ideally we prefer your art in vector format. Vector format or the original art file stores the art design as curves and/or shapes, unlike “JPEG”‘s and other pixel based images such as BMP and GIF’s.

However, if you do not have that file accessible we are happy to work with the art you have.

As you can see in the Pike’s Peak Patch we started from a simple hand drawn sketch for art: the customer was interested in creating an embroidered patch but did not have any art file to use.

Our art department was able to work with this customer by digitally tracing the sketch and offering professional advice for an ideal size to include as much detail as possible.

See the art proof to see what we did :). Being flexible with your patch size can often benefit you when the ideal art file is not available and there is little room for art changes, due to customer requirements.

From our digital art proof we created an actual embroidered patch all from 100% polyester threads.

See our final image for the actual embroidered patch we created for this customer :). There was little to no detail lost during this process and we were able to capture everything they wanted.

However, not all embroidered patches are created equal and some might have limitations due to the available art and/or specific patch size requested.

I think you will be impressed with what we have to offer.
