It is undeniable that when you provide your customers with great information, they make the best decisions.
Our start up clothing designers, and small business owners are very smart, and prefer damask woven labels over other styles. They will provide the best value for your money, and it fits most qualities one will appreciate in a label, giving the item a sense of professionalism and a soft texture.
Not to say that other styles are not a good choice, but for the vast majority of apparel designers’ styles, damask labels are the perfect match!

One of the main characteristics of the woven labels is that they are built from threads, which are woven together to form the label. Depending on the type of woven method used, the colors of these threads will shift the other ones, ie making a white not a pure white but a “tinted” white, where the color of this tint is the color of the secondary color used in the woven process. like in the picture on the left, where the purple shifts the color of the light blue, making it a darker more muted blue. Sometimes this is can be used to your advantage, but sometimes, in the case of a black and white label, the white might look a little “dirty” or grayish, because of the black.

I am making a product for d.t. textiles and i wanted to know what symbols I should put on my care label. The fabrics i used is brown a gold diamond fabric made from a silk blend and satin.

You first need to know the countries in which the labels will be used. I think the first references are the current US labels. I think the biggest differences can be seen when you look at the various countries around the world and specifically the far east. You can find much more with a Google search.
