One of the main characteristics of the woven labels is that they are built from threads, which are woven together to form the label. Depending on the type of woven method used, the colors of these threads will shift the other ones, ie making a white not a pure white but a “tinted” white, where the color of this tint is the color of the secondary color used in the woven process. like in the picture on the left, where the purple shifts the color of the light blue, making it a darker more muted blue. Sometimes this is can be used to your advantage, but sometimes, in the case of a black and white label, the white might look a little “dirty” or grayish, because of the black.

We have added new styles to our clothing labels manufacturing, therefore we considered necessary to redesign our Custom Clothing Labels page, in order to make it easier for you to explore and learn more about the different options available for you, and choose the ones that will best fit your project.

The new pages added are:

• Taffeta Labels: Inexpensive option, very popular for care labels.
• Damask Labels: Most popular labels, softer to the touch and a tighter weave.
• High Definition Damask Labels: Very soft woven label, recommended for very intricate designs.
• Printed Labels: on Satin Polyester, very soft to the touch. Excellent choice for designs with extremely fine detail.
• Stock Labels: We currently stock Size Tabs in S,M,L and XL, as well ans Made in USA tabs with and without the USA Flag.
• PVC – Silicone Rubber Labels: Great choice for external uses, like bags.
• Woven Ribbon Tapes: Ideal when having the labels in a ribbon makes more sense.
